ENC 2023 Conference Proceedings
Following peer review and presentation at the conference, accepted papers have been published in a dedicated volume of the Open Access MDPI Journal Engineering Proceedings:

The accepted papers have also been collected in a book which is available from MDPI as an e-book (free PDF download) and as a hardback book:

All published papers have been assigned a unique digital object identifier (DOI) for citation purposes. The Creative Commons CC BY 4.0 license applies to all papers, meaning authors retain copyright and the content can be reused with attribution.
The editors of the journal volume and the reprint are: Dr. Tom Willems (Netherlands Institute of Navigation) and Mr. Okko Bleeker (OFBConsult). A total of 30 reviewers were involved in the peer review process.
