Presentation abstracts should be submitted by 15 February 2023. Please see this page for the abstract submission guidelines and to submit your abstract.
Abstract Review & Acceptance
Submitted abstracts will undergo review by the technical scientific committee. Notification of acceptance/rejection will be sent by end February 2023.
Accepted abstracts will be scheduled for presentation at ENC 2023. To ensure scheduling of accepted contributions in the final ENC 2023 program, the presenting author must be registered as an ENC 2023 delegate by 15 March 2023. Failure to register for ENC 2023 by the set deadline will lead to the withdrawal of your abstract(s).
Scheduling notifications with the assigned timeslots of your presentation(s) will be sent by end March 2023.
Full Paper Submission
Authors of accepted abstracts will have the option to submit a full paper. The deadline for full paper submission will be 15 May 2023.
Paper Review & Publication
Submitted papers will undergo a further peer review process. Note that submission of a full paper is not required for presentation at the conference, but papers submitted for publication will only enter peer review if presented at the conference.
Review comments on submitted papers will be sent to the authors by 30 June 2023. If any revisions are required, revised papers will be due by 21 July 2023.
Accepted papers will be published in a dedicated volume of the Open Access journal Engineering Proceedings (ISSN 2673-4591) and in the Conference Proceedings e-Book (with ISBN), both published by MDPI. The Creative Commons CC BY 4.0 license will apply, meaning authors retain copyright and the content can be reused with attribution. All published papers will be assigned a digital object identifier (DOI) and citable.
In addition, the best paper which is in the scope of the IEEE Journal of Indoor and Seamless Positioning and Navigation (J-ISPIN) will be invited to submit an extended version of the paper to J-ISPIN and will benefit from a total waiver of the J-ISPIN publication fee.
